Woodstock Farm

Woodstock-Farm1
Rich Joy Architects designed this harmonious farm-house, made out of shingle and stone, located in Vermont.
Built on a large site among the Green Mountains with respect to the surrounding environment, the house even respects an unusual linear footage of stone walls 100-200 years old that still can be found throughout the property.
The house is designed as a family and recreation oriented escape that is able to host many visitors. Besides the main building there is a large guesthouse to accommodate all these visitors.
Thanks to materials used in construction and a carefully planned interior the house become a great place to relax and forget about urban living.
